By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and YouStockAI. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use YouStockAI.
• You must be a resident of India or otherwise permitted by your local laws to access stock market analytics platforms.
• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Accounts may not be created on behalf of another person without their express written consent.

3. Nature of the Service

YouStockAI is a stock market data analytics and education platform. All content, analysis, indicators, screener results, outcome probabilities, and AI-generated narratives are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• YouStockAI is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
• Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
• Outcome probability statistics ("63% moved up in 5 days") are historical data points, not predictions or guarantees of future performance.
• All investment decisions are made solely at your discretion and risk.

4. User Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent freemium limits is prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use YouStockAI to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of any part of the Service.
• Use the platform for market manipulation, front-running, or any activity prohibited under SEBI regulations.
• Circumvent freemium limits through technical means, shared accounts, or automated scripts.
• Distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from YouStockAI without prior written consent.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

6. Freemium Service & Subscriptions

YouStockAI operates on a freemium model:

• Free tier: 10 deep stock analyses per day, full access to screener and market overview.
• Premium tier: Unlimited deep analyses and additional features as described on the pricing page.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate subscription agreement.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on YouStockAI — including the analysis methodology, software, algorithms, UI design, branding, and text — is the intellectual property of YouStockAI and protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Market data sourced from public exchanges (NSE/BSE via yfinance) remains the property of the respective exchanges and data providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• YouStockAI shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from reliance on information provided by the platform.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• YouStockAI shall not be liable for data delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in market data sourced from third parties.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through our contact channel before initiating legal proceedings.
